Inspired by a former car dealership on Frederick’s industrial East side, our founders created an open, airy modern space featuring an open kitchen, a sweeping bar, and picture windows.

Showroom is known for its modern take on mid-Atlantic comfort foods including fried chicken, duck fat fries, meatloaf, and chicken pot pie fritters. Its 7-day-a-week Brunch menu includes breakfast and lunch favorites including chicken & waffles, biscuits & gravy, Nashville chicken sandwich, steak & eggs, and smoked salmon served with a New York bagel from Orwashers. Showroom was the recipient of the top honor in Open Table’s Diners Choice Awards in two categories: Contemporary American and Great for Brunch.
